Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data we receive when you submit a request on gotovo.studio, why we need it, and what you can do with it. In short: we take only what we need to reply to you, we don’t sell it to anyone, and we delete it when it’s no longer needed.

Who we are

The gotovo.studio website belongs to the Gotovo studio. Your data is processed by:

What data we receive

Only what you enter into the request form yourself:

  • name;
  • contact method: phone, Telegram, Viber or email;
  • information about your business and task that you provided in the form (for example, industry, city, language of communication, what needs to be done);
  • the text of your message, if you wrote one.

We also see which page of the site the request was sent from (for example, from a case study page). This helps us understand what caught your interest.

If you write to us directly on Telegram, Viber or email, we receive what you sent and your contact in that messenger.

Why we need it

  • To reply to the request, send a plan and price, and discuss the work.
  • To conclude and perform a contract if you decide to work with us.

GDPR basis: preparation and performance of a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)). Where we need your consent, we ask for it (Art. 6(1)(a)), and you can withdraw it at any time.

We don’t use your data for newsletters, and we don’t sell it or share it for advertising.

Who else sees it

We use reliable services that process data on our behalf:

  • Web3Forms delivers the request from the site to our email;
  • Cloudflare — site hosting and email on the domain;
  • Google (Gmail) — our mailbox.

Some of these services may store data outside the EU. In such cases, the transfer is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or similar safeguards.

If we bring in a designer, developer or copywriter for your project, they receive only what’s needed for the work and are obliged to keep it confidential.

How long we keep it

  • A request that hasn’t moved into work — up to 12 months, then we delete it.
  • If we work together — for the entire duration of the work and afterwards for as long as Bulgarian law requires (for example, accounting documents).

Your rights

You can at any time:

  • find out what data we have about you and get a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • ask us to delete the data;
  • restrict processing or object to it;
  • receive the data in a convenient format to pass on to someone else;
  • withdraw consent.

Write to hello@gotovo.studio, we’ll reply within 30 days, usually faster.

If you believe we’re violating your rights, you can file a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection of Bulgaria (CPDP, www.cpdp.bg) or with the supervisory authority of your EU country.

Cookies

The site doesn’t use advertising or analytical cookies and doesn’t track you. Only technical data without which the site can’t work may be used. If we add analytics, we’ll first update this policy and ask for your consent.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
